Weekly Wishlist (pt. 2): 18 pieces sitting in my cart right now
a mix of high and low for fall
It seems like you guys really loved this shopping format, so I’ll aim to do more of these each week. As promised, although delayed (sorry!), here is part deux of 18 pieces sitting in my cart right now.
As outlined below, I’m a simple gal but I am beyond excited about creating more interesting outfits through texture. I’m currently crushing on all things slouchy, suede and really anything that lends itself to a nice layering moment.
Arket Short Trench Coat: There’s nothing better than a classic trench coat in the fall, but I’ve recently been gravitating towards cropped versions like this one from Arket, this one from Couregges, and this one from Mango.
Toteme Suede Tote: Many of the bags I currently own are structured and stiff, so I’m currently obsessing over more slouchy silhouettes to diversify my collection. There’s just something about this style that is giving “effortless” but instantly elevates any outfit. I recently purchased this bucket bag from J.Crew that I feel achieves this look but without the hefty price tag.
Mango Leather Belt: I’m embarrassed to admit that I still do not own a simple black belt. I think it’s because the Khaite Benny Belt has been top of my wishlist for so long now, that I just haven’t thought to buy a temporary fix. This belt from Mango feels safe, and I love the thickness and the buckle. This Dehanche one would also be a great option.
Bonnie Clyde Bicycle Sunglasses: I love the oval shape of these contrasted with the tortoise shell colorway.
Salt & Stone Fragrance: I’ve been obsessed with my new Neroli & Basil deodorant from Salt & Stone so I’m dying to try some of their other products (i.e. the fragrance, body soap, body lotion, etc).
Mango Oversized Denim Overshirt: Tracking down the perfect denim shirt for fall is no easy feat. Pockets, or no pockets? Oversized, or more fitted? Light wash, or dark wash? I’ve got you covered: H&M, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein.
The Ark Elements Plate Set: Hand painted in Italy, these plates are sweet, simple and are perfect for everyday use.
Almina Concept Classic Crew Wool Cardigan: I’ve been dying to try from this brand. Cardigans are one of my favorite pieces to wear b/c there are so many different ways to style them. A simple black cardigan is a closet staple, so investing in good quality materials is a must!
Entire Studios Brown Gem Jeans: The shape and color of these jeans...No words. They’re perfectly baggy but still fitted and would look amazing with a pair of black leather heeled boots and a trench.
Enjoy the rest of your Monday! Talk to you guys soon :)
Alex
Came here to say I would avoid the almina concept sweater! I just had to take mine to crossroads because it was incredibly itchy. I just got a 100% cashmere cardigan from Uniqlo that is SO much better and a very classic style.
